I’ve spent 150 years colonizing my way towards a tin province that i can’t even really use because there’s no way to get it to my market to make tools with and then this happened

prob not helpful cuz you’re in new world and u prob know more than me ab the game but there is a trade building you can build in another empire that gives market cap in a new market, could find one that has tin and improve diplo attitude to build it
that doesn’t help in this case because that one tin province is the only one that exists in mesoamerica so nobody I can see would have access
