I don’t think anything would remind professional soldiers more of their obligations and oaths to the people than if 600 of their most servile, sniveling bullies were roasted and eaten by an angry mob over the burning husks of their vehicles.

I mean, historically speaking. roasting food over diesel fires of rubber and metal is not recommended for consumption.
