Nah, Pavlou is pure slop, he is a “public figure” only because of the sheer disgusting dreck he posts online and the occasional times it has leaked out into the real world. He has never accomplished anything or achieved anything, he has never done anything worthy of actual attention, he is the poster boy for slop.

At the end of the day he is just some twitter poster so he goes here (in my opinion)
