I know parents in this group are gonna spend all weekend entertaining their kids, giving them lifts, doing their washing or trying to do errands whilst parenting. No matter how rewarding it is, it’s 2 days of the hardest job anyone could do and you’re amazing ✨️

Well not everyone puts themselves in the position for a start.
Regardless the difficulty of parenting is mostly about the fact that it makes clear how much time and energy is stolen from your life by having to work.
The most basic task of any society if its functioning is to reproduce and to give that next generation the best start and the fact that’s deemed as low value work that should be slotted in after or outsourced says a lot about us.
