I admire the @DivineChaos100@hexbear.net grind of posting articles found interesting for various reasons without comment or context, and letting people draw whatever conclusion and react however. Genuinely, never change. I’m not joking, I say this with complete sincerity.
My way of trying to keep the site alive.
Hmm still want one
don’t get me wrong, me too
water is wet
You need organized labor to have a general strike.
Not only that, but what labor that is organized isn’t educated enough to understand how their strikes work.
My union had 99% approval to strike over the new collective bargaining agreement and then the vote on the agreement came back in almost as much support even though the deal was mid at best. Anyone I asked about it said they didn’t want to go on strike because of concerns about their pay. None of them knew that they’d get paid out of the strike fund and thar for many of them their strike pay would be a slight raise over their weekly pay.

Strike pay more than a normal check??? Fuck that’s a well stocked fund. When I was on strike a couple years ago I had to go salting to pay my bills
White libs love a boot on their neck wayyyy too much for this to work, unfortunately.
not really, we have no radical labor movement to organize a sustained one.
Workers have the power to bring the whole economy to a halt. Will they use it?

Won’t ever happen. Not even worth pursuing.
