It’s just a black box with (allegedly) a blinking white LED and an airtag beside it. I’m sure there are literally 100s of electric collars that fit that description.
Even if we had 100% confirmation that it was a shock collar, I doubt you could figure out precisely which one it is. It’s like 10 pixels in a 720p stream and there are 1000s of models of electric collar.
