On the positive side, I’ve found comrades who are vets are usually the best at talking to other vets to get them to join revolutionary orgs.
I’m not sure I’d seek them out specifically. Lots of reactionaries; I think marginalized groups are where to look but as a cishet white guy that’s a lot more challenging
I definitely wouldn’t seek them out specifically, but when they wander in with a radicalized viewpoint looking for a way to contribute, it’s usually one unique way they can help that others can’t or would find more difficult.
