If the fascists levy an attack on any of the Communist parties, we must give no ground for their attacks regardless of how dogwater whatever org they may set their sights on. If that means that even I, who’ve spent the past five years on this website attacking cpusa like a flock of duck attacking a bowl of green peas, have to go up and bat for CPUSA, then by the Devil, and Judas, and Genghis Khan, and the Torso of Happisburgh as my witnesses, I’ll defend CPUSA from the fascist wolves in sheep’s wool.
