There are cool answers to “what are you replacing Firefox with?”
A Blink-based browser is such a lame answer. It just contributes to furthering Google’s control over the space.
Me, I’m sticking with LibreWolf. If Mozilla collapses, I hope they can keep on going without them.
From the article:
The inability to video conference reliably [on LibreWolf]
Could someone elaborate on this? Also
I like my browsers to remember when I have zoomed in on a tab
If she means the browser remembering the zoom levels on different pages, this can be done IIRC by disabling resist fingerprinting in about:config and then installing the canvas blocker addon which is not as good as RFP, but for me at least has been a good compromise privacy-wise.Out of date info! Have a look at this instead: https://github.com/arkenfox/user.js/issues/1775
Always wanted to like Vivaldi. Like the aesthetic options but it always feels very bloated a browser. LibreWolf with uBlock can be enough to be highly useful and it feels leaner. I do miss the old Opera with the Presto engine, sigh.
