I’m more talking about folks getting bags of something cut w fent, then being injected or snorted and dying. Or fake pills pressed w fent, that sorta stuff. The whole 'touch three grains of fent and drop dead instantly" is horseshit, tho.

The thing cops made up is that breathing in or touching fentanyl will kill you.

That said, it’s still a very strong opioid, and very cheap. This leads to overdoses when dealers cut their product with it and lie about what it actually is, as well as when users take a similar amount of fentanyl that they would to other opioids not realizing that it’s much stronger.
