    From what I’ve read and this isn’t that expensive, someone can correct me, China managed to control capital by putting a sort of bird cage around it. That’s how Chen Yun described it.

    But within the cage the class dynamic is still conditional and ultimately at odds with each other. Should the cage fall it’d be the end of communism in China, but if you abolish capital the fear is that it’d prevent advancement and result to the same fat as the Soviet Union. Will they manage to transition into a socialist mode of production? Time will tell.
