Just came home from christmas just-a-week-away Refurnished my home owned Sat down for a quick (8 hour) break internet-delenda-est and this was the first that came up. Curious on how the vibe might have changed since the show was released thinking-about-it I went to the comments and got blitzed flashbang with instant LIB cognitohazard

Damn that sucks. I liked the show, but it is very “le soviet union le bad” and normally youtube commenters are either based or deranged. This was just pure reddit reddit-logo very-intelligent

    Someone should have told those plantation owners that all they had to do to abolish slavery was given their slaves freed employees a penny a week while continuing to hold them involuntarily and dictate every detail of their lives. They’re getting paid, so it’s not slavery, right?

      in some instances slaves did get paid. people really fucking misunderstand slavery especially american slavery
