Bernie Sanders on what Trump has done right: “cracking down on fentanyl, making sure our borders are stronger. Look, nobody thinks illegal immigration is appropriate.”

The American senator, previously known for his left-wing politics, has supported a bill introduced by Lindsey Graham and other war hawks that calls for moves that would essentially destroy Gaza economically and plunge the population into a deadly famine, all under the guise of “eliminating Hamas”.

Bernie is very popular outside the US as well. Azov something constantly praises him as an example of a politician the west needs.

My own country loves him so much that we nicknamed our president “Tio Bernie” (uncle Bernie) because he has similar proposals. Guess what? The conservative power structures neutered him and he can barely get his promises off the ground while also caving into American/Taiwanese pressure. So I guess his nickname is deserved.

idk, I don’t think it’s totally invalid to point out that even social fascists saying the bare minimum of “the government should do some stuff that makes peoples’ lives better” draws huge crowds and unprecedented grassroots level support, and instead of embracing it the Democrat party instead sees it as an existential threat.

That was my interpretation of this tweet, I could be wrong.

Hasan is cool enough for being a Twitch Streamer, but him, the Chapoids, and pretty much every “leftist” content creator would defend a hypothetical President Sanders. They would gladly accept the minimum DemSuc concessions and then defend the imperialist structures which could fund western social programs. That’s my takeaway.

The chapos have at least realized that AOC is a sheepdog who can’t even do the bare minimum on limiting arms shipments to the Zionist Entity.

Hasan would maybe defend a president Sanders, but I’ve never been convinced Hasan is fully on the ball. He’s always struck me as a clickbait tabloid sort of guy.

He’s not wrong, and I agree having bernie for two terms would have been infinitely better than what we got, but I think we know continuing to support the Democratic party is going to lead nowhere. This is giving people false hope and remain passive.

Definitely. It’s disappointing but not surprising that AOC and Bernie still refuse the challenge the Democrat party status quo even when everyone fucking hates the party right now

Democrats would have Corbyned him, and if he somehow survived that (nearly impossible) and made it into the presidency, they would have called him a Stalinist Dictator for an executive order that did anything so far as renaming a dog park, and then they would have impeached and removed him

No. The red pill is realizing we are in the middle of a National Socialist revolution and a left, Marxist, socialist revolution cannot happen until the current fascist one finally overextends, burns out, or is defeated by external forces.

When socialism comes to America it will be the jackbooted, goose-stepping kind.
