JordanLund is hated by the average .worlder which is an impressive feat for a lib. 90% of it is because of him being a lazy smug asshole squatting on the most critical comms.

He got completely dragged on YPTB for banning dropsitenews as a blog because its hosted on substack. He kept power tripping on that thread for a week, just doubling down on his arbitrary categorizations.

As much as people may want to fedjacket him, he’s just a lazy smug white guy who absolutely shouldn’t be in charge of such important comms .

Assuming that is what Lund actually looks like, I am 99% sure he’s a fucking glowie, he’d have been the kind of person worming his way into antifa groups a few years back and ratting them out to the fascist Portland PD, because property values!!! vandalism!!!

This is the same guy who popped in to defend instance wide banhammering people on .world back when the UHC CEO caught a stray lead injection, by banning people for ‘advocating violence’ when everyone was celebrating.

99% sure he was the one who actually did the bans.

The interpretation of the rules used to do this was spurrious and selectively applied, also claimed that celebrating the healthcare gatekeeper’s demise was… harassment, because you can harass a dead person apparently…

Within about half a day or less of me and others calling out this bullshit, the instance wide bans were reversed, and they all just pretend that never happened.

I strongly suggest bullying the shit out of him or just blocking him if you’re too old for that shit now.

Race isn’t something Lund thinks about often. He knows Oregon has a troubled history — that for generations, people of color weren’t even allowed to own land here. But from his vantage point — he works in tech in downtown Portland — that’s the stuff of history lessons.

Fuck this “racism was in the past” guy

As usual liberals struggle with object permanence, support every social struggle (except the current one), and are against every war (except the current one)

Holy God this entire article is amazing, I’d never seen this before.

He is the actual embodiment of white liberal guilt, having his own cross racial dialogue entirely in his own head, jesus fucking christ.

I wish I could say I am entirely baffled by this, but as a white guy who has also done a lot of tech work, insufferable entitled sheltered shits like him are everywhere.

I just can’t get over how other ethnicities are an abstract concept for him.

I’ve got black folks in my extended family, I’ve been friends with people of all kinds of ethnicities and socioeconomic backgrounds since I got out of my 99% white highschool and went to the UW, and then spent the correct amount of time enjoying all the varying flavors of Seattle’s different districts.

I just can’t get over how much he looks like a fedora m’lady sterotype.

Oops, looks like Jordan isn’t that good at, or concerned with keeping his personal data away from databrokers:

… he is apparently a registered member of the ‘Working Families Party’ by voter registration… which I did not even know existed, an apparently is a political party, but … hasn’t ever elected… anyone, to anything, other than… two Philadpelphia city councilmembers? They just endorse various Dems from time to time, and ask for money and your phone number?

They endorsed Elizabeth Warren in 2020 after apparently lying about their own members actually preferring Bernie… because leadership preffered Warren.

        https://jacobin.com/2019/09/working-families-party-elizabeth-warren-endorsement

So yeah Lundy boy here is a bonafide, ratfucking the actual progressives, turbo-lib, and WFP is big D Democrat astroturfing, there’s some more of my read on Jordan ‘what if Carl from Aqua Teen Hunger Force was a reddit mod’ Lund.

EDIT: Lund also does apparently have at least one entry listed in the lawsuit/bankruptcy/conviction category, but I don’t care to pay for anything beyond the easily available public data via basic websearch.

… what do we think the chances are that red flag is a harassment suit from him getting fired for creeping on or being otherwise innappropriate with a female coworker?

So after a quick glance at LinkedIn, this guy seems to have done a video game podcast for years with Jonah Falcon, a weirdo who spent years trying to get famous by lying about having the biggest penis in the world.

And even that weirdo’s professional recommendation of him isn’t great:

“Jordan has been the co-host of the TD Gaming Podcast for years now, and has been fairly reliable and engaging.”

He also seems to have worked in tech for the private healthcare industry.

You know if the zionist entity did somehow legitimately agree to end their military-settler aggression and withdraw from all occupied territory to the UN Green Line (setting aside that all “their land” is occupied territory) I don’t think Iran or their “proxies” would attack them for quite a long time. Iran isn’t even attacking them NOW while they genocide all their neighbors, and those stupid 1 off drone showcase “deterance” strikes barely count as attacks.

Also US support for the entity started long before the 79 iranian revolution anyway so literally everything this guy said is wrong and stupid

Putting aside that Israel is very much so being the aggressor against the Palestinian, what does Iran being antagonistic against them have to with the U.S.? Israel can take of themselves, they’re not owed arms.

One of the best things about democracy and fighting for democracy is that apparently genocide is the ideal way to propagate it; the brown people in this country aren’t democratic? No problem! Kill them all and replace them with white people who believe in democracy. This non-white country is already a democracy? Well no actually! It’s not an American styled democracy, so it’s not actually a democracy! Kill half and support the other half!

The idea would be very disingenuous because it would require ignoring the abundance of US actions and policies that have done the opposite. US foreign policy cannot be understood through a lens of democracy. Only a lens of empire is coherent.

Of course! But if you go out in the wild, this is what you can expect when you speak of BDS to a stranger. Should you choose to engage with them then disentangling the idea of democracy would be the conversation.

“Do you think she effectively utilized girl power by funneling money to illegal paramilitary death squads in Northern Ireland?”

Drawback of lifting interesting ideas from fiction, they often fail to consider the very different dynamic of shared creative storytelling.

Law and Chaos work for Elric and Amber, because the authors are only trying to tell one story and have full control of their presentation and interactions.

Same with Lord of the Rings leading, in DnD, to having Angel Summoner and BMX Bandit. Although again that was better in earlier editions (if overcomplicated) of DnD where the fighters gained power in the form of having minions.

Edit: Not that you can’t have a game with bizarre metaphysics, it just has implications that DnD never cared to think through and apply clearly and upfront. There are endless arguments about Paladins murdering anything that pings their Detect Evil (among many other psychotic things Paladin players have done), because in-setting it’s a divinely granted sense for cosmic objective badness. But since it’s so dissonant with our real life expectations of behaviour, and not reflected in the setting at all, it leads to all kinds of (often contradictory) contortions by the writers to avoid just admitting that alignment is fucked if you don’t want a setting full of murder-Paladins.

          Unironically yes.

Oh, my character runs (or is loyal to) a byzantine, impenetrable bureaucracy of rules upon rules upon rules that functionally outputs random results.

Lawful/Chaotic Good/Evil/Neutral, depending on what my favorite esoteric legal/religious theory is in regards to the specific issue st play or also possibly some overriding general concept.

His “justification” r.e. Iran and Israel, could have been lifted right from Nazi Germany’s justifications for its conflict.

If Germany stopped hostilities in Rhineland, Czechoslovakia, Poland, and France TODAY, they would still be subject to attacks from Britain.

The Nazis, like all fascistic demons, constantly characterized themselves as the victims and as this history of victimhood beginning just after every crime committed by their state.
