They are not ready. They took several years to master Windows to just a minimum of use. They don’t have the money to pay for help if problems occur. They don’t have someone in their network that can help them. They need a specific app to work flawlessly for either job or hobby. There’s a lot of good reasons. But there are getting less of them, while Linux is evolving.

Literally everyone I know, is not on WhatsApp… And most of those I have known to use it, don’t anymore… Why would you, really? You do know that change start with you, right? Or are you too ignorant to know that?
Now, I live in Europe, and my family, friends and others, don’t use WhatsApp… So it is much of a choice.

So, enabled how? Tell me how it’s enabled, that I can’t turn of by the UI? I use Firefox, do you? I haven’t met LLMs in my use, in any way - most demands that you sign in, and I haven’t… Sure, you have the possibility in the sidebar, but you have to use it… it’s an option.
So tell me, what does the article say, is enabled by default? The possibility?

And here is why it is better than most alternatives out there… An Open Source AI, build with transparency and ethics should be something to be exited about - for all who use LLM… For the record, I don’t. I don’t have any use for it, my brain works fine… But I have an exception, and that’s my own private LLM, running only on my machine…

Firefox is fine in private mode. The other apps are just made for that single purpose. I don’t use reddit that much. Firefox is fine for me.
