I have ADHD. I have those awful looking and beat up vertical blinds. I haven’t replaced them because I am busy, lazy as fuck, and don’t give a shit about how crap they look, not because of my ADHD. Not picking up a strip after it falls because I get squirreled away? That’s all on my goofy brain.

This is where Bullet Journaling has had the most impact for me. I write it down and I never forget where because it is always in the same place.

I rented a house once that had a hammered copper kitchen sink. Never have I been more shamed in my life. It is the reason I trained myself to wash as I cook. It turns out that racing to wash before the water boils over or the food burns is a great way to keep my focus.

The ending of that Daniel story is definitely something.

At the king’s command, the men who had falsely accused Daniel were brought in and thrown into the lions’ den, along with their wives and children. And before they reached the floor of the den, the lions overpowered them and crushed all their bones.

I didn’t back then but eventually I messed with my sleep.schedule so much that I developed that type of insomnia. At my worst I would sleep 90 minutes in a 24 hour period. Within two weeks you are not the same person. Literally insane. I fixed it by eating a piece of plain tofu and a microdose of delta-8 (not 9, 10, or weed) right before laying my head down to sleep. Now I get 5-6 hours, which is nice.

I got really good at timing my meds so that the crash (never use XR) would match bed time.

I believe in using the best tool for the job. For that reason, I use Macs for all my music stuff, Windows if I have to, and Linux for everything else.

Apple’s M chips are amazing. If only there was full Linux support for Apple hardware.

When I was young I lived in the Carribean for a couple years. Picking tree ripened fruit from the backyard was awesome. I’ve never had a mango as tasty as those.
