Coworker: “I’m on a keto diet, I’ve been having 6 eggs for breakfast everyday”
Me: “Wow, that sounds taxing on your liver, maybe check your plan with a doctor nutritionist”
Coworker: “Yes, it was my gym nutritionist who designed the diet, I also do protein shakes”
why are eggs specifically taxing on the liver?
or is it a broader thing about fat or something
No actual idea but it’s kinda too much egga in general.
When eating too much greasy food I remember feeling like shit and burping egg smell despite not having eaten eggs nor any egg derivate, so people established “ah it must be the eggs that are bad for the stomach/liver/etc”.
I’ll remember this as the beginning of the ‘too much egga’ struggle session
mfw too much egga
Eggas houngry?
im pretty sure the worst they could do is maybe tax your gallbladder a little with all the fat but I doubt 6 eggs is worse in that regard than llike, regular greasy fried foods
