The cult of military service for your (ethno)state dreams, the height of prestige is to die in battle but live on through (white) children who can honor you. Of course they are also all cowards, but the culture of this prestige is very important for getting said cowards to do what you want them to.

Ukrainian Nazis have a very similar prestige culture.
