I have too many things to say about this. Charlie Kirk was part of the media. He also spewed far more dangerous accusations about LGBT+ people being groomers.

It also calls for “stringent penalties for social media companies that censor information unfairly.” Obviously calling out content for being bigoted, fascist, or racist won’t be protected from censorship, but I assume saying bigoted, fascist, or racist things will.
