I do it when I’m frustrated which is very often now and for the foreseeable future. I do it enough that its making my jaw sore. Has anyone had success in stopping this? Advice? I’ve tried using a stress ball instead but I end up doing both.

I was told this too, my response was “wow okay, just keep actively mentally attending to it 24/7, that’s totally going to happen”
