Some guy got stabbed and died in my city because he wanted to stop some guy harassing a woman. The suspect’s ethnicity hasn’t been made public but that won’t stop racists from having a field day with it.

Currently reading Thoreau and I guess it resonates with me on some parts. Though I also feel like abandoning society all together isn’t the answer either. how’s everyone been a while.

Met with friends lately, and I was actually able to convince one of my friends of some of my opinions. He’s an apolitical but actually right wing worker. We were talking about the trade war and I said we should more trade with countries others than the USA. He agreed. When I asked if he’s in favour of better relations with China, he was unsure. I then said that China will try to leave you alone while the US forces you into agreements that mostly benefit them. He saw my point and agreed.

I asked him a while later if he thinks that socialism is better than capitalism, and after a little thinking he agreed.

At the end of the meetup colonial reparations were brought up, don’t remember why. He said that colonial reparations are useless since former colonies are independent now amd should develop themselves. I talked to him about neocolonialism and used Indonesia as an example of western countries and companies still controlling their former colonies and stealing the wealth. He was unsure of that. I then talked about how some countries try to stop the neocolonialism and try to develop their own country first to make the lives of their citizens better. I used Burkina Faso and their mines as an example.

A little while later, he came to me and said, actually I think you’re right.

I also remember a couple months ago when we were talking about Ukraine and he thought that Putin started the war and that he did so because he was afraid of losing support. I told him that I think it was because of geopolitics and that Russia felt threatened by increased military presence at its border. He thought I made a good point and that he hadn’t thought about that.

I think he’s the friend that is the most willing to become a socialist. An other friend of mine is apolitical and never wants to talk about politics even if the conversation is about it. He was completely quiet during my discussion with this friend. And another friend is a right winger with racist views. He did listen but didn’t seem to be convinced by my arguments. I also really want to call him out for his racist views but didn’t dare to do it.

So, there is no mutual/“practice” dentists in my area. There is no actual medicare/medicaid dentists in ym area within 30 miles.

Thus, I get incredibly intoxicated off gin and vodka and I stare at the pair of plyers in my family’s garage. I have ripped the tooth out of my mouth and I am bleeding pretty much everywhere but it’s starting to stop.

Life in America is always good. I am in incredible pain but the fish antibiotics and vicodin my uncle gave me hopefully will help. God bless America.

Literally all it took was reinforcing in their head they are not independent of material conditions. they kept thinking just because they think of a piece of their personality outside of their relaton to production that gommmunism doesn’t apply.

I have found myself to be a campaigner for unemployed people lately because the government reforms will strip them (and us) from their rights of benefits after a certain amount of time.

I can tell you that it might be easier campaigning for 100% vegan communisme than it is to say that these people deserve to exist too lol. Might as well consider them non human if you believe the mainstream opinion.

But you don’t need to be an overly sympath to see that stripping thousands of people of their only safety net income will be a disaster.

The Netherlands’ leading marxist YouTuber made a weird video about a political murder 20 years ago in which he suddenly felt the urge to ask the murderer, who is free now, about the why. And he did so by ambushing him in his hometown.

I don’t get it. Like, the reason the YT says is because he wants to get the story about the man who, according to him, is responsible for a bad rep of the left because of the murder. But the left will always get a bad rep regardless. I don’t see what newsworthy things this story will bring. Very cheap content.
