Drop a nuke on the site and it will be entirely impossible to determine whether or not the the nuke successfully damaged the underground site because you will not be able to monitor radiation.
Somebody smarter than me… do countries mark their nukes the same way companies mark their explosive compounds? Like, if you can get a sample of of explosive residue analysed, it can be traced back to a manufacturer.
Also, wouldn’t the radioactive contamination be different between a highly enriched weapon and a much less refined fuel rod?
scale matters. if they bomb underground and its mixed in with the iranian uranium itll be basically impossible to isolate any compounds from the american bomb for testing at that point.
