I wonder when people will realize NK is a relatively “normal” (define normal) country under extremely special circumstances…

it-… it´s just an operating system ;-; i´m sorry it hurt you so bad

everyone gets mad instead of just installing a different OS
Amerikkkans never cease to surprise me with unexpected shitty takes.
Thinkpads were basically made for Linux, depending on your Budget you can get a Thinkpad X220, X230, T420 or T430 for small money - perfectly usesble machines and Linux (my experience is CachyOS & Arch) work out of the box.
For a bigger budget i could recomment the T480, it’s still upgradeable.
And for a bigger budget i’d recommend a T14 GEN2

holy smokes that sounds like the autism that gives you a good time when you set your mind to a silly project :D (that was meant in a nice way i’m almost jealous)
you gotta check out the game i mentioned in my initial comment if you want the true soviet politburo larp, and it’s got TONS of mods.
now i’m curious about your sims 4 map, can you share some pics? i can’t imagine how you’d depict such a thing in the sims.

white race = saved! slava ukraini!
can´t wait for the end of the war, where western ukraine stands as an “independent” nation - imagine all the business opportunities a country with more debt than their gdp x 100 poses :3 smart move eu! everyone else isn´t as easily exploitable anymore.

Started a new map in Workers and Resources: Soviet Republic.
I looked at a bunch of Mikrorayons on Google Maps and especially Prypiat to get that Soviet City Planning just right.
I also played a lot with efficient and realistic rail systems.
Showed my friend my new map yesterday and he called it beautiful and me autistic :( xD
it is not though. wikipedia is heavily edited by western intelligence services and scrubs unfavourable data.

Comrade Trump “drains the swamp” in mysterious ways.

Vietnam gets exploited for cheap sneakers
Korea is officially still at war with the US and Samsung. But wtf are they gonna do about it? Korea has nukes :) Amerikkka is bitter because of it.
North Korea will never give up its arsenal. It’s all that is keeping us alive. Look at Saddam Hussein - and we never forget that North Korea was named as part of the “axis of evil” a year before the United States invaded Iraq. Do you think we would be stupid enough to believe American promises after all this? We are a nuclear power. That is not negotiable. We are willing to talk about limits freezes - but we would need to be given something in return security, in the form of diplomatic recognition by Washington and guarantees of nonaggression from China, Japan and the United States.
-Kim Jong Un
it´s good to hear level headed takes on this among a environment that causes a doomer mindset :)
i wouldn´t even know how to fight it. outright banning meta, google and openai services would mess up everything… we dug our own grave and continue doing so.
us few individuals who are conscious abt it get ridiculed for speaking out…
oh well. it´s over.
it doesn´t matter, the fact they try to control narratives is what´s concerning. “right wing news” is an inaccurate description. it could be news against dems in the 2016 election cycle, it can be news promoting republicans in 2016, it can be straight up “misinformation” or it could be factual news from an outlet they deem “problematic”
that’s sarah wagenknecht, former leader of the left party, she split the party, made her own party named after herself and got too comfy with the AFD fascists.
She’s a socially conservative “left adjacent” politician who’ll gladly support Frontex drowning refugees in the mediterranean sea or work in a coalition government with the afd to do their “remigration” thingy.
she was like 16.000 votes off from having a seat in the parliament.
other than that: yea she’s not a journalist. she’s a former socialist politician who kinda fell off.
the only redeeming qualities she has: her stance on NATO with the caveat that she is a little too unapologetic about russia.
