Expedition 33. One of the few games that lives up to the hype. Lots of fun. Can definitely see its influences from final fantasy, persona, lost odyssey, xenoblades, etc. Give me more story heavy rpgs. This is my shit.

It’s so good! Such beautiful backgrounds with janky controls and sometimes counter-intuitive puzzles but I love it so much. Definitely give it a play

Can’t remember the last time I paid over $30 for a game and didn’t immediately regret it.
Meanwhile, I paid $5-10 for The Longest Journey 15 years ago and I still think of that game like every week.

Is Blue Prince good? I keep seeing it on gamepass but I passed it up for Citizen Sleeper and 1000x resist

What’s with the ultra-rich and yachts? Like why is that the go-to for these people? My mind immediately goes to them doing illegal acts (read: sexpest shit) on international waters, but I mean, there’s gotta be something else, yeah?

Today at the gym I jump roped. I started boxing so I’m tryna build up my stamina. But I usually jump every time I go to the gym so I can stay mobile as I get older.

I’ve gotten back into physical cookbooks as well and 2 of my favorites are ‘Vegan With A Vengeance’ by Isa Chandra Moskowitz and ‘Isa Does It’ by the same author. Good stuff. Has basically every kind of food, gives a good list of pantry staples to cook all the ingredients, and was one of the books I bought on a whim like 16 years ago or so that kickstarted my interest in veganism.
I saw CrossCode was on sale for $6 on the switch. Might grab it if it’s worth it. I usually really enjoy games like that. Last game I played that was “similar” was Sea of Stars which was kinda disappointing, but I’ve seen a lot of love for CC here so imma give it a try.
