10·1 day agoTbh I just find dealing with parents (of any generation) difficult in general. There are people my age who are now parents and it really feels like we’re speaking a different language sometimes. It’s probably inevitable and not inherently bad, but a bit alienating all the same.
I agree with the post, but mostly because I seem to find any generation of parents awkward to deal with :p
My knowledge has been just a bunch of anecdotal resources on reddit tbh. I think just adding products one at a time and seeing how your skin reacts is generally good practice. My routine in the morning is cleanser, toner, vitamin c serum, moisturizer, spf. At night I don’t use the serum and use a light retinol. I’m happy with where that’s gotten me.
Skincare is so underrated. HRT is magic of course, but a good skincare routine has made such a difference
Stringing together enough important days can at least buy a month or so. Maybe things will be interesting in a month.
Sometimes it really is “well, I might as well play [game] first.”
On a positive note, I can stock up even more on pills since I’m changing insurance in a week.
It’s freeing to decide you’re going to end it by year’s end.

I just can’t see that in any reasonable way after someone plays all of it, but I’m also approaching this from a perspective of a marxist/anti-zionist so maybe that’s why. I am aware of the horrific responses this game got
The obvious choice to me was turn away at any of the many points Ellie had a chance to instead of ruining the many lives around her (and her own)
For example are we ever really made to feel that Ellie is bad for choosing to avenge Joel?
Yes? She lost everything in her pursuit of revenge. Who walks away from the end of the game and thinks “worth it 😄”
