Yes, he’s had pretty much a constant stream of chances for over a decade.

For people who actually weren’t given a chance, we need to look at people like Ed Milliband, who once ate a sandwich wrong, or Jeremy Corbyn, who thought we should increase taxes on rich people (which was, according to the news at the time, apparently antisemetic).

I’m hoping it’s not one of those sudden lurches to the far right which seem to occur when someone suddenly needs access to the “special lawyers who make historical allegations disappear”.

Sadly, it’s been reported in numerous newspapers, from an interview between him and The Times.

I’m more appalled by Rod Stewart saying:

“We’ve got to give Nigel Farage a chance”.

and

“It’s hard for me because I’m extremely wealthy, and I deserve to be, so a lot of it doesn’t really touch me. But that doesn’t mean I’m out of touch.”

That’s fully a cake - but there’s some quality bread-based meals lower down the article that I’d never heard of.

People looked at me weird for putting supernoodles or spaghetti hoops in a toastie, but now I find it has a name and it’s an Australian delicacy.

Absolutely - I’m just slightly cautious of reporting from news sources I’ve never heard of before, but yeah, it certainly looks pretty clear and damning.

If true, this would certainly explain a lot.

There’s obviously all the quality rude ones like Bell End/Wetwang/Shitterton/Penistone etc, but for a question on Lemmy, I’m pretty sure Barton-in-the-Beans (Wiki link) would be most appropriate.
